How about a comedy trailer on War of the Worlds? Now that, I'd like to see. _________________ "Bailey"

That's great. I had seen the Shining one before (love the way the VO says "Shining" at the end), but not the WSS. Thanks. |

I just auditioned for one of these parodies about 5 minutes ago. I hope I get the nod, but even if I don't, I want to see the finished product. It's going to be HILARIOUS! |

Don't think I got it. I probably would have heard by now. This of course, is why I'm pouting. |

I know I said I wanted to see the finished piece regardless of the outcome, but forget it!
Now it's gonna suck.

Thanks for the sympathy, but don't worry about me. I let this stuff roll off my back like water on a duck. I've got a good, steady day gig, and the law of averages for auditioning in L.A. is always a tough one to crack. But I'm working on it. Always working on it. It may still happen. I'll only start feeling sorry for myself when the auditions stop rolling in. Then, it'll be time to worry. |

In reality, I'm the same way.
When I began my work as an actor, I would fret over every audition and wait and wonder. After a while I got smart--I would just audition and forget about it. I'd come home and say, "If they don't cast me, they're mad." and then forget about it.
Once I hit my 40's, the on-camera stuff disappeared as I knew it would-- so these days I'm only surprised when I get an audition and even MORE surprised when I land a role. I recently got a part in an industrial thing-- the audition required me to be a lawyer-type so I just channeled Alan Shore and look what happened. _________________ DBCooperVO.com
