The Austin Game Developers Conference is in mid-September— I hope to be giving an "Audio Short" program.

Austin rocks, and this conference has a good bunch of audio guys who attend.

I might be able to make a trip down, though it's tough to know what I'll be doing during that stretch of time. As the date draws closer I'll have a better idea.

The dates are September 15-18, with the "Audio Summit" taking place the 15th and 16th.

These danged conferences are colossally expensive to attend, but there can be a good deal of return.

Spiffy!!

I hope to be doing an "Audio Short"— a 15-minute intensive on a single subject.

My proposal is for a how-to for audio directors— the grunts and battle cries, screams, etc.
How to get variety, how to scream without wrecking your pipes.
