I'm sure it's a riot, whatever they're saying. I did catch a few words that are common to English speakers like O.K., Enter, and YouTube.
Hey, Banksey is closest to Norway. I wonder if he could holler out his front door and get some translation help.

I am half Norsk but never learned it nor did my father. My grandparents insited they speak only English since they became US citizens. All I know is that I HATE lutefisk.

I have a Svensk pal who knows a bit of Norwegian and he said this:
