I am giving hard thought to giving my Computer a lobotomy and rebuilding it with XP Pro 64. I have bought a copy sometime ago and yet to load it.
I have several program that utilize 64 among them Nuendo and Vegas Pro 8
I and a co-producer are getting ready to produce two TV pilots. We will shot in HD and need to be efficent in our editing set up.
What is your experience with XP Pro 64. Worth it or not. _________________ Esse quam videri "To be rather than to seem"

It's basically 2003 Server for a workstation. Most of the patches map between those two OSes. I run it on my non-VO computer at home.
If you have applications that take advantage of the 64 bit OS, I say do it. Win 2003 Server is pretty stable right now. _________________ Try to imagine a world where there is no such thing as hypothetical situations.
