Ever since I moved my business email to Google A s, I've had a heap of problems. If someone here has first hand experience using Google A s with your own domain, as well as Apple Mail, PM me please _________________ If it sounds good, it is good.

Thanks to everyone who's contributed info!
Here's some of the specific issues I am dealing with:
1- Apple Mail shows all the "All Mail" and "Starred" emails whenever I do a search, so I have triples of everything
2- When I type an email, the drafts are save incrementally and put into trash, which also shows up in search (ANNOYING)
3- When I type an email, the drafts also get sent to my blackberry, so I had to create a filter in my blackberry email accounts to block emails from my own address.
4- Checking email on one Mac doesn't show message as read on another (or Flagged, for that matter), very annoying when my assistant is suppose to be filtering my email.
That's the major stuff. _________________ If it sounds good, it is good.

George,
I use IMAP rather than POP access for my Google A s email accounts. How is yours set up? _________________ Be well,

From my description you'd think I was using POP, wouldn't you? It's 100% IMAP. Might be time to pay the $30/yr to get Google support, a small price to pay in light of the struggles I've had. I am going to start using "MailTags" and see how that works for us. Flagit! while cheap, has been pretty weak lately. _________________ If it sounds good, it is good.

Hey, George,
I've been using "MailTags" for about a year and have been pretty happy with it. My biggest issue is remembering to tag the emails. |

Mailtags seems good so far, now to install on my assistant's mac and see if they sync properly. _________________ If it sounds good, it is good.
