No not that one but the leap to XP64

For sometime I have wanted a faster computer. I bough XP 64 OS sometime ago for my single core Athlon 64 but didn't install lit.

Then a friend of mine offered me a defunct Compaq case. Now with a new Motherboard, an AMD Phenom II X4 955 3.2 GHz (quad) ,DDR3 memory and 1 gig Hard Drive I have an new Computer.

I was worried that Cubase 4 would not work, but low and behold it is 64bit compatible. It looking like Vegas and Cubase will work in this box and that is all I need.

My goal is video and sound editing with it. A nice thing is the AMD Cool and Quite utility that allowed me to dial down the fan rpm’s
