I wanted some opinions about those who have added bass traps to their sound booth. Are these normally floor to ceiling in all corners, or just at the floor up a couple of feet and the same from the ceiling down? Or some combination. Just wondering what your experience is.

Floor to ceiling here. With the Sennheiser 416 in a Whisper Room
it makes a real difference (to my ear)

Floor to ceiling is the best.

It's good to understand that in a cubed shaped room there are 12 corners:
where each of the walls meet (standing corners); where each wall and the
ceiling meet (ceiling corners); and wall and floor meet (floor corners). There
are also 8 tri-corners, this is where 3 corners come together. Bass build up
is greater in tri-corners.

So by going floor to ceiling, in the standing corners, with bass traps, you will
have much more effective bass trapping.

I will say, Bob, that there was a dramatic difference in my new studio's sound when I added the bass traps floor to ceiling in all 4 corners.
