I play acoustic guitar. Rarely strum....mostly fingerpicking in various styles.
I also play harmonica and mess around with my Snoopy Harp (Jews Harp).
I have:
Hohner Marine Band Harmonicas in C, G, A, D and F
Ovation - 1993 Limited Edition, Collector's Issue
and my Snoopy Harp! Laugh

I have a harmonica autographed by Delbert McClinton. Don't know how to play it though.

A total keyboard hack.

I actually paid for most of my studio through composing twee word & rhythm chant music for EFL courses. I did about 500 of those suckers before my brain finally gave out.

Maiku.

Bass and vocals.

About 3-5 nights a month with a GB/Jazz outfit called "Hightimes" here in CT. Mostly wedding and corporate parties in the casinos....some jazz club and restaurant gigs too.

Currently performing on a 21-year old Steinberger XL-2 bass, and an Azola Bugbass (electric upright), the double bass and a 6-string Curbow bass stay at home most of the time.

Seriously considering kazoo though.....

Reminds me of a story:

Back in high school I was the Drum Major for our marching band. You know, the guy that waves his arms around acting like a fool. Anyway, back then the drumline was quite good and went to all sorts of competitions. I would direct them, keep tempo, etc. All the things a drum major does. But several of these competitions required that all members play instruments. I'm not a drummer by any stretch so with hours of practice, determination and drive; I became an expert with a Vibra-Slap.

UK time 1430. ISDN session booked - 1 TV commercial. To kill the time while I waited for the other studio to connect I sat in my wee huttie and made a joyful noise. I stopped the racket at just before 1430 and heard a voice in my headphones a minutes or so later.

20 minutes after the session I received an email with an audio attachment. the sound man, client and producer were listening ....What a racket!!! Of course "Simon the sound" fixed it in post.

That was you playing when you didn't know anyone was listening? And they were recording it without your knowledge? Too funny...... but that was good.....be thankful you weren't doing something else that would have been embarrassing! hahahahaha
