These scammers apparently don't realize that the totally awkward terminology they use sets off alarm bells, or disgust bells, with those of us who have been in the business for just a little while or longer. Like "Nigerian prince" and other get rich quick schemes, they're hoping to appeal to and catch only the lowest hanging ignorant fruit. Sadly, they must succeed a bit or they wouldn't keep doing it.

Sigh.

See if you can get them on the phone to discuss the need to be in a "good mental and emotional state of mind"...

Tell them you are very interested in the job, then proceed to tell them a 10 minute story about how you took some magic mushrooms in a Red Lobster restaurant, started singing Adele loudly and playing Twister. The cops were called and they were going to let you off with a warning, until one of the cops recognized you as the person who had an affair with his wife - your yoga instructor - and then they booked you and took you to the station. After getting into a fight with your cellmate named Meerkat, they put you into solitary. You wasted your only phone call trying to find out the results of this year's Tony Awards but finally your yoga instructor came to bail you out, which then led to another fight with the policeman. Now you are on the lam but if they could only book a studio in your area and send a cheque ahead of the job, then this will help you to "make everything right".
