Raised in Lake Havasu, Arizona, eh? Where someone tried to sell you guys the London Bridge....and you bought it! And the sellers were serious!

Well, they laughed at the Eiffel Tower when they erected it and now look at Las Vegas....the biggest thing east of Pahrump, Nevada.

Welcome aboard!

Thanks...Monk, Liz, CC, Peter, Bruce, Michael!

Monk: Llamas can definitely swim. Competively, too, I'm sure of it. (Is that llama still looking at me squinty-eyed...?)

[Liz w/o coffee = Nutz. Check.]

Liz: I brew the nectar by the truck-load. I'll be your man-slave and fill your coffee barrel...er, cup until I can pass off the task to...I mean, forever. That's what I mean.

CC: Watercress, eh? I look forward to being watered and/or cressed. When it warms up, of course.

Peter: Rubber gloves are part of my survival kit for the End-o-the-World v. '12. And it appears I may need to dust off my snorkel and leather pants to be a part of this board! Wink

Bruce: Yup. LHC, AZ from '69 till '92. I had my first...um...well..."adult" moment under the London Bridge. And it's still standing...so the earth didn't shake (especially for her...) <rimshot>

Michael: Top O' the Backatcha! Thanks!

Well, serves me right for traveling and stuff. I thought I would be the first to toss watercress into "the soup" here. Fun thread so far.

Welcome to the "dysfunctional family picnic" Jonathan!

oh liz! southern comfort = too sweet! brown liquor ought to bite back a little.

here's my super-dooper tip-o-the-day: buffalo trace bourbon from near frankfort, ky. smooth & yummy and reasonably priced.

oh - hi jonathan.

Thanks...Greg & Stef!

Glad to be here amongst the arguably insane!

I pulled up, unpacked my bags and all the neighbors came over for a looky-loo! Feels good! Oh, and I found a fossilized glazed donut in the bottom of my suitcase which I promptly ate when no one was looking... But I brought cake (it's in the trunk)...and chocolate..and I washed & waxed the llama...and I brewed a keg of coffee for Liz...and I'm waiting for the BIG watercress surprise... So, I think we're ready to roll! Laugh

Why has the part about not getting Todd wet been omitted from the handbook? Look around people, it's not good! Jonathan, you're going to have to pick up the slack on that one because we've all had to at some point.
