Over on the Audiobook Community site I posted a great map of American Dialects, and some people responded with more resources. Sorry if you're a member there and are seeing this twice, but there's too much good stuff not to share!

The map is not very user-friendly because there's so much information crammed into it, but there's probably some gems if you look hard enough. It contains lots of links to YouTube videos of native speakers.
