Things must be a bit slow in the cattle pen.
I was gonna say it... but I didn't.

In VO terms he's ok and one has to admire the enterprise. The only flaw in his approach is that he obviously believes that voice work can be volume work. 30 sessions per day at $10 is a good living. When did you last do 30 paying jobs in a day at any price? Six sessions in one day is about the best I've done recently although there may well have been more than one job per session but the total would still never run to 30 jobs per day on a regular basis. |

OMG is right. Where does one learn to talk like that?
And thanks a lot Frank. I'm gonna have that kid's godawful voice in my head for hours!

Bruce, according to his bio he is no kid. He says he is 50 years old.
I thought the same thing by the way.
So I did a search on eBay and it turns out there is a whole slew of folks offering "cheap" VO work. I am amused, appalled, sick, shocked, and any other adjective which describes: disgust.
A recent report by a 15 year old speaking to advertising "exec's" reveals the truth about the ad world today. Click here: http://tech.yahoo.com/blogs/patterson/54552

Yeh. 'Disgust' pretty much says it. He'd be much better if he didn't sing. I think a pie in the face would be appropriate. Just for grins, of course. _________________ Mike

My goal is 1 session per week at $10,000. That'll get me by. _________________ Dave "Christi" Felton
