There's now a desktop application that you can use Yousendit.com and it uploads much much faster with no interuption of other programs, etc. I just installed it and it hauls A!

70mb file sent in about 5 minutes.

Hi Ya George!
I'm on a cable connection and speed's fairly consistent. I'm wondering if they have amped up their software as it seems to have implied and get better upload speeds up to 25% better. Same type of reconnect/resume like ftp if your connection gets interrupted. It's faster than it used to be as an online service as you don't share bandwidth with 20,000 other uers at the same time.

Not bad for email though, eh?

Hope all is well in El Dorado. Are the fires close to you?

I just started using this tool myself last week - it IS great. I ditched GoDaddy's online file folder (and not without alot of griping at their customer service people). Since GoDaddy had done their upgrade to it, it was WAY too slow. Make my blood pressure rise just thinking about it.

I second the positives on the YouSend it tool. It's in my Mac's dock and after just a few quick clicks, half a dozen files are zipping through Cyberspace. Super easy.
