With so many intereting people out there I thought I'd share my latest idea for a Podcast series.
"The complete history of the Phillips screwdriver" will run for 90 minutes and document every twist and turn of this late 20th century miracle. Musical packages will be used to underscore what else was happening in the world while this tool-based revolution was taking place. Duncan Warrilow will read the instructions on how to assemble a Hi-fi cabinet in 20 minutes using only a Phillips screwdriver with tracks from The Partridge Family, Jason Hendrix (the Kazoo player, not Jimi) and Sesame Street pounding in the background.
The high spot will be the interview with horror director Argyle Sox who was the first film maker to use an 8mm Phillips in his movie Nuns on Roller Skates. Sister Inlaw used the screwdriver to great effect on Pablo the Pizza delivery boy.
This will be my first Podcast and I'm so excited, I'm guessing people will be begging for more when this goes live. |

Surely you won't leave out the interview with Basil Nasenpfeffer, who pioneered the use of the Phillips as a nasal irrigator???? |

Mary, I would think that the nasal irrigation story is a whole Podcast of its own, especially that since the advent of the Internet, the whole thing evolved into the Net iPot. |

Banksey-
Then you MUST follow-up with the advent of the "Cross-cut Saw". I mean, come on, it has to be the most used told in the world, right? Wait, maybe...
THE HAMMER!!!
