sadly, bruce, you are correct! in the house when we moved in ... and it only took me 3 years to get it down! it's all gone now ... patch sheet rock & paint the rest of the week.

Oddly enough I just finished a layer of joint compound in my new booth to be. Next on the agenda - scrapping the popcorn off the existing ceiling in preparation for another layer of sheetrock. Ugh! I feel your pain Todd.

1. you'd be AMAZED at what $5 will getcha

2. brian - i'd just slap another layer of 3/8" on top of the popcorn and consider the random air space added insulation!
