Hi, I'm Mark "Monk" Schane-Lydon. Primarily I'm a CG artist but have been On-Air, behind the camera, in front of the camera and behind a microphone for years.
I've put together a new V.O. reel http://www.monkeywork.com/p/VoiceOver.html and before I send it around, I'm seeking input.
I've worked the past couple of years recording music lessons for WorkshopLive.com and haven't really been freelancing as I was a "kept" engineer. Now that they closed the production department down, it's time to climb back into the freelance saddle! YAY! _________________ Company, villainous company, hath been the spoil of me...

Thank you Bob!
It feels good to be acting again. I got up onstage a few weeks ago, and that started the V.O. thing up again. Can't keep a good ham down.

Mark... Welcome to the VO-BB.
I guess you've noticed the lack of extra chairs in the room. You may have to stand for awhile. New chairs are waiting to be shipped as soon as the check clears. If you get bored, there are some old Sports Illustrated & Newsweek magazines on that cardboard box in the corner by the window. Just step over the young man lying on the floor in the fetal position. He came from another forum and was somehow misguided into this room. He is in therapy and should be well enough to leave in just a few more weeks.

Thanks for the welcome!
Professionally I've gone by Monk for the past 20 years, my mom still yells "Mahhk" when she sees me though. (South Boston...)

Hey Monk! Welcome!
We're moving soon, but don't let that stop you from brining the cake! We'll have it after the virtual pizza while the virtual crates are being loaded into the virtual trucks!
Jeeze, Bailey...that chair check STILL hasn't cleared?
