Ok so maybe you've seen this before, but I haven't until just this week. I was contacted by a person from this site. Anyone know anything about them? It looks new and launch date is the spring.
Thanks for the help

It looks like they're not seriously in business. Their website is largely incomplete and they've been up for almost 3 months judging by the single blog entry. I'd be real cautious.

I was contacted as well. First they posted their "openings" as an up-front fee structure. Then, when they contacted me personally, their pay method had suddenly changed to royalty only...meaning you get paid only IF people download the selection you were assigned to narrate.
In my reply I politely asked them why they changed their pay structure. I also asked if they had any estimation as to what the gross revenue would be on any particular work and, most important, what would be the split? In addition I wanted to know how I could independently determine actual sales.
No reply.
I'd take a pass if I were you. _________________ www.voiceoverdrew.com

They just put up their second audition notice at voices.com. I've reported them, so hopefully their listing will be pulled. _________________ Jeff
