Our dear Willie Edwards has been singing the praises of Lexington County (North Carolina) Barbecue since I first met him. As it happens, he and I end Ed Gambill managed to work a luncheon into our schedules a few days back. We got a shot with the "chef" just after we finished our wonderful meal.

And this weekend and for the next few days I'm in Nashville, TN for a convention. Saturday evening I had the great pleasure of spending several hours in the company of Stu Gray.

We had a wonderful time talking about nearly every topic under the sun from our families to our work and back again. Stu is a truly bright young man and if you're ever in Nashville, be sure you get together with him if you possibly can.

My next trip will be in a couple of weeks, when I again return to Pittsburgh, PA for a couple of days. If I can, I'll try to make a swing through some parts of Ohio, but don't know for sure how the schedule is going to work just yet. I'll have Eric with me, again, on that trip.

Hey Bob, with all that traveling you do, it's a wonder you get any work done!

Joe,

Thanks for the laugh this morning. Yes, I do manage to squeeze in a bit of work here and there. A little blogging now and then. A few posts on the VO-BB. And a nap once in a while so I can stay awake long enough to do it all again. (Not to mention time with my wife and kids, church, and a meal ever so often.)

I look forward to my next trips to England and New England. I don't know when they'll be for sure; but do plan to be there again as soon as I can.

Bob, I really enjoy seeing photos of your travels. Now I know what Stu Gray looks like!
