I had a bit of a strange start to the week, thanks to a passing virus which knocked me down with heavy fatigue. Making my way to the tv studios to voice a live transmission of the National Lottery Draws, I felt just leaden with tiredness. 2 cups of coffee, a handful of biscuits and a 10 minute live show later, I was a changed man! My wife was amazed at the difference (sounding like a spammer now...!) when I walked back into the house. Another miracle cure performed by Doctor Showbiz.
Yes, friends, never underestimate the power of caffeine and adrenaline!

I hope our friends in the colonies are able to view the iplayer clip as I know there are copyright issues with some BBC material |
