Audition is randomly stopping recording on me. Could be one second into it, could be 10 seconds, but it happens every single time. The playback head moves across and then stops. Audition thinks it's still recording (the transport says so and the filters are grayed out). The playback head just sits there flickering. Then I hit stop and it's recorded only the amount up until the playback head stopped.
I've rebooted, uninstalled, nuked prefs. I've tried using ASIO4ALL and the windows drivers, no difference.

Jeff,
Do you have WiFi enabled? I know it's not the typical symptom, but anytime I see Audition and recording hiccups, I think WiFi. _________________ Try to imagine a world where there is no such thing as hypothetical situations.
