I woke up at 3:30 this morning with no hope of nodding off again, so I cruised through Hulu.com and found Anastasia is a featured movie. I did all the live action reference work for one of the main characters, Vlad, who tries to get Anastasia to Paris. Kelsey Grammar did the voice. This was directed by Don Bluth of All Dogs Go to Heaven and An American Tail fame.
I start at about 8 minutes in case you just want to take a glimpse. It's beautiful piece of animation, so if you've got the time I recommend watching the whole shebang.

Cool stuff, Bruce! We've got Anastasia on DVD, and our daughter enjoys watching it. Now I can tell her that I've read the text of the man who was the inspiration for the movement of one of the lead characters! _________________ Justin S. Barrett
