Great news Liz...you go! I'm here if you need help. I've been there and back.
In addition to what Frank said, make sure you choose a long-distance carrier for those lines...you won't automatically get it from the company that installed them....at least that wasn't my experience. You CAN shop that around.

Thanks for all the good wishes!
Finally the next steps have been taken.
I just found out that the person who has the Zephr wasn't getting my emails...which is why she wasn't responding!  Some times email can really slow stuff down!
Luckily I had gotten her number, called her today and she was thrilled that I called and that I wanted the unit.
SO:
- Agreed on a GREAT price
- 50% payment sent (will send the other 50% along with the shipping & insurance costs after I get the unit)
- I filled out & sent the required forms to Verizon
...and now I wait!
I feel like I actually accomplished something in this pursuit today!
Woo hoo!!!!!

Hey Eric!
No worries, no stupid questions!
ISDN & DSL are Apples & Oranges.
DSL is simply a way to connect to the Internet & upload/download files. It's like Cable & /shudder/ Dial-up! 
ISDN is a way for you to connect with another ISDN equipped studio so that you are in your studio at the mic, but THEY are recording you and it's broadcast quality. It's as if you were in their studio. You both have to have the special ISDN phone lines AND an ISDN Codec (coder/decoder)

W00t!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just got an email confirmation that my ISDN lines are to be installed on Monday, June 29th!!!!!
I am SO excited!
The codec should be here by then I hope.
If not we'll deal with testing when I get it.
I am SO psyched!
And did I mention I ALSO just bought a TLM 103 on ebay today?
June 2009 is working out GREAT!
