Focus on the Family Radio Theatre, which received a Peabody Award and multiple Audie awards for excellence in broadcasting and production, was granted the rights to dramatize "The Screwtape Letters" (by C.S. Lewis) as a feature length audio drama. Production began in 2008 and a fall 2009 release has been announced. Andy Serkis, known for playing Gollum in The Lord of the Rings film trilogy, will be the voice of Screwtape. It's amazing to watch him voice this role. what a brilliant idea!

and look at the physicality of the players in some of these scenes...just like Real Radio used to be.

i am actually surprised this comes from dobson's outfit and not the BBC (with actors the quality of serkis and palmer and such), but more power to them if the quality hinted at here holds up.

"screwtape" the audio is absolutely on my must-buy list this october!

It is one of my dreams to produce audio dramas. I am hoping to move to a home with a basement in the next 3 years and install a proper studio for just such a thing.
I couldn't make the video work. Am I missing something? I will try it in IE my MSN browser is not the best.
