Nicely done short video:
Famous Failures
As we've noted on this board many times before, failures are useful training tools and internal fiber fortifiers. Embrace them as necessary steps to success.

I like it!
It's funny...NOT that I'm putting myself in the same category as those listed, but I was telling someone this story the other day:
For 5 years I was the copy writer/Production director for a small market Radio Station. If you now anything about small market, a lot of times "you write 'em you voice 'em" if the DJ's aren't available or you need that gender, like NOW! So I did, and that's when I first fell in love with VO
Well...one day I was taken out to lunch by one of the owners of the station (never a good sign! ) and told that they didn't want me voicing any spots any more. They liked my writing & production...but.....
It took me a LONG time to get him out of my head. He's totally out now.
Thanks for the reminder Bruce! _________________ Liz de Nesnera O.A.V. ~ Livin' The VO Dream!

I love this film. It's always good to be reminded of how much trying there is in succeeding. _________________ DBCooperVO.com

When he lived in Dallas, a good friend of mine used to attend the Sunday School class taught by Zig Ziglar. He said one of Zig's frequent comments in that class was "Anything worth doing is worth doing poorly ... until ... you learn to do it well." _________________ Be well,

Since Thomas Edison is noted in this short, it took him more than 800 attempts to perfect the light bulb.
"I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work."
