Here we were, the first several days of the year enjoying highs of 75º, then we get the spill over from that Arctic blast that ripped through the Eastern 2/3 of the country and the highs dropped all the way down to 70º or so!! Sheesh. Thanks alot! At least we're back up to 77º right now like we should be.
All is well,

Wow... you must be numb.
I'm ready for this Arctic Blast to be gone as well... only we've really been suffering with temps in the 30s at night/40s during the day. Today it got up to 60, and I should be able to thaw out on Friday with the lovely 75 degrees that's been predicted. _________________ Caryn Clark... The Hip Chick Voice!

We're about to suffer here in San Diego too with rain on the way and a 15 degree predicted drop for our comfy 77-80 we've had for about a week. Deebs are you gonna miss that fluffy white stuff? You can always drive from LA to Big Bear in the mountains or go to Tahoe. I don't miss winter at all - as he sits out on the deck with the dogs. Unfortunatley the jaccuzi is broken beyond repair. I need more VO work to buy a new one. _________________ Gregory Best

The Texas cold snap dropped the temps down into the teens overnight and just below freezing during the day. Thankfully there weren't any freak storms to accompany the freak cold. The past few days things have been steadily climbing back up toward 50 and 60. About time! _________________ Justin S. Barrett

It was beautiful here today! We had sun-I'd forgotten what it looked like-and temps in the mid 30's. Heaven! _________________ Pam Tierney

We may see 35-40 degrees tomorrow...I'm very much looking forward to that. My poor old heater is reminding me more and more of Mike Mulligan's Steam Shovel - chugging along night and day. But I did see Peeps at the grocery store yesterday, spring can't be too far away.
Oh, T&P for your jacuzzi Greg.
