My latest radio gig - on The Lionel Show - kaput. The syndicator filed Chapter 7.
Early mornings weren't easy but it was fun - AND it left me the whole day. |

It really sucks when you lose something you enjoyed doing, but perhaps this will open the door for even greater opportunities. _________________ Try to imagine a world where there is no such thing as hypothetical situations.

Remember, when one door closes, that's when you have to feel around in the dark for the chainsaw God left for you so you can hack open your own door. _________________ DBCooperVO.com

Oooo ... That is SO much better than the wishy-washy feelgood, "another one opens". Melissa, fingers crossed for a better replacement gig. _________________ Bish a.k.a. Bish

Hopefully, another syndicator will pick it up.
Good luck to you Melissa! _________________ John Weeks Voice Overs

That truly sux. Having spent the better part of two decades in broadcast, I've been there more than once. Get a "Jason Mask", too. Adds effect when you're rippin' through the doors. _________________ www.voiceoverdrew.com

Melissa,
I'm sorry to hear this. Unnerving, I'm sure. But you WILL find out that there is a wonderful life after radio. _________________ Bobbin Beam

I'm sorry Melissa, but hey, when there was a bit of bad luck that came your way last year, you landed on your feet. I have no doubt you will land on your feet again, my friend!!
Also, I'm noticing a pattern here with radio... hmmmm.... _________________ Caryn Clark... The Hip Chick Voice!
