JJ-modded Marshall MXL 2003 - $150 This MXL 2003 was modded by a mic-mod vendor on eBay who goes under the ID haz-mat-strat (he’s active on Gearslutz as well). I have some friends who gave this mic high marks – “no box / boom, good flat EQ balance (not too much of anything), had clarity and best presence; no sponge but not "brittle" either,” and “the most voice-appropriate mic of the bunch.” I’m happy to send samples.

Soundcraft Compact4 mixer - $55 I’ve used this as my mixer and main preamp on many, many paying VO gigs from my home studio. It has a very small footprint, and I really like the sound of its preamps (better in fact than my new Mackie 802VLZ3). I’m only selling it because it did not have the inputs to be able to hook up my JK Audio phone patch.

ART headphone amp - $30 Barely used, no longer needed.
