It is my custom to have TiVo record a bunch of home improvement shows that run on Saturday morning and afternoon on HGTV and then watch them at my leisure later in the day, fast-forwarding through the commercials. I was doing that tonight when I spotted a familair face. It was Pam's Wave Petunia commercial. So I stopped, rewound the commercial and watched it about four times before skipping ahead to the next segment of Don't Sweat It. Very cool!
Extra coolness bonus: a couple of hours later I caught my own Sunsetter Awning commercial on History Channel. _________________ Lee Gordon, O.A.V.

Lee/Pam - awesomeness
if someone sees or hears my sunsetter commercial, let me know. I think sometimes spot clients pay me....to go away. That's how it happened with a lot of the father's of girls I dated in high school so I'm kinda used to it _________________ - Peter

Is this the same Wave commercial... located in lower L/H corner?

Yep, that's our Pam, in the beginning and the middle of the spot. She looks great every time.
Why is it that sometimes I expect an actor to do something a little different each time I see a spot, especially when it's a witty person I've met or know? Maybe it's all that theater and improvving I've been around. I can just see Pam saying, "and they're really tasty in salads", and then taking a big bite out of one.

I haven't watched today's TiVo load of DIY programs yet (I expect at least a couple more of Pam's petunia waves when I do) but last night I got to add a Philip sighting to my collection. First inning of the Red Sox telecast included a Land Rover spot voiced by the Don LaFontaine of Portgordon. _________________ Lee Gordon, O.A.V.
