Since I have a malady that has stopped me from being "wild and crazy-er", my time is spent playing around producing/editing video rather than shooting it. I worked on this for a friend, here is my latest foray:
ftp://ftp.xmission.com/pub/users/f/frankf/outgoing/Frank/BearRiverLodge3.avi
Take a look... have some fun... it's a bit large - about 17 meg so give it some time to download... (I could not get it any smaller and keep the quality where I liked... LOL)
So what do you do with your time?

My kid just got out of school yesterday, and it was all finals for a week before that. Myeh. I'm just glad the danged school year is over.
In my "spare time" I've been working on making something out of the video I shot of The New Cars in Boston before their tour. I've just got one tune, but I'm trying to make it look like more than a one-camera hand-held shoot.
My continuing practice with Final Cut Pro.
Not finished yet-- will post it when it is. _________________ DBCooperVO.com |

Normally, I would be in this studio "piddling" around, tossing out auditions, trying to get my name/voice out there. Currently, I am in the process of prepping my house for a fresh coat of paint. Hopefully, after a few more days of scraping, etc., I can shoot the first coat of paint (in between working my day job). |

Wow Russ!
Nice job. Are those the same rims in the shots? If so they look great.
I have a 1989 S-10 Blazer that my father gave me when I was 16. I can't bring myself to sell it. I hope to restore it one of these days. It has lots of great stories. Dave Matthews and other not quite as famous people have ridden it in, it was stolen and I found it (that's a great story), and it holds lots of great personal memories for me. I drove it for 10 1/2 years before buying another car. _________________ Hart Voice Overs Blog

Besides the normal stuff I do every week:
"On the side" I'm producing a short film with my friends at Grey Sky Films (www.greyskyfilms.com). We're holding auditions in NYC tonight & tomorrow night.
On the side of that I've been trying to get a TV series I've developed off the ground. I'm looking for a literary agent and I'm on my third series of mailings. Nothing but diplomas so far...
When I'm not doing all that I sing & dance around my apartment in between online auditions. _________________ Tom Dheere - The "H" is Silent, but I'm Not!

Packing, spackling, purging junk, looking for work, calling movers, calling garage door companies, calling truck rental places, working the current day job, taking care of the kids while my wife is out of town, getting frustrated with the Dodgers, etc. You know, the usual. _________________ Greg Littlefield

Working in the garden and swimming! And narrating a course on college algebra. Never had to say so many numbers in my life. And for some reason, the word "multiplication" is making me crazy. _________________ Enjoy life, this is not a rehearsal.

This week? Cooking up a storm for my elderly parents' freezer. I'm wearing my apron as I type. _________________ Mary |

Gardening - weeds are doing very well, thank you very much.
Chasing my cat around the neighbourhood at 2 a.m.

Russ - that is amazing! I just can't beleive one side can look that much nicer than the other. Ya need to turn it around once in a while so the sun fades both sides evenly..... |
