I just want to take a moment to shower a few accolades upon our VO and tech guru, Frank Frederick. On Friday, fate, in the form of a power spike, forced me to make a computer upgrade. While considering my options I sent a short email to Frank asking if he knew whether my version of Adobe Audition would play nice with Windows 7. Instead of emailing back, Frank called me and offered a plethora of sage advice and assistance. In fact, he saved me an additional $300 by helping me resolve a sticky software issue.
Over the years Frank has always managed to come to my rescue. Within moments of emailing or posting an issue, the phone rings, and it's Frank-- ready, willing and able to walk me through the quagmire.
Frank, your selflessness and contributions are most appreciated!

Frank, thanks for your call! He rang me yesterday about my Vox Studio/file format issues. I should say thanks for the message; sorry I've not returned your call yet.
Yep, Frank is always there in a pinch or simply for brain-picking.
