After "shift", everything was pretty normal...but getting there really tripped me up.
I graciously edited out all of the other words containing "sh" that I dropped in the booth.

Reminds me of an enunciation exercise that we use in the theatre to loosen up our tongues. We say the following a number of times, rapidly:
"She sits upon a slitted sheet, upon a slitted sheet she sits"
Try it.
