Hey folks
My name is Matt, this is my first post. I was referred to the forum by some wonderful folks I met at the Dan O'Day production Summit a couple weeks ago.
Man, this is like the Fort Knox of forums. Good to keep the spammers and trolls out though!
Well like many people here, I'm hoping to continue to grow a freelance VO business. I had a small business for a while offering VO and production, but didn't have the time to really pursue it. I'm a DJ in Bakersfield, CA, and been involved with radio on and off for about 9 years. The last 3, however, have been in the industry full time as a DJ and production director. Plus the occasional promotions director,  , etc... small staff, so end up dong a lot of the stuff.
I'm excited to get to know, learn from, and netowrk with you guys. I know there are a lot of big time voice pros here, so I'm sure I'll be looking for your advice and feedback.
Also, I'm always down for a conversation about Star Wars or martial arts  |
