I found something called "Room EQ Wizard" at hometheatershack.com that looks really promising, and is free.

I haven't been able to get the Room EQ Wizard to work with my gear. It plays out through my Konnekt 6, but wont take input through it. Weird. Probably because it is a Java aHobo Tounge, so it runs on a Mac but doesn't have full driver support.
