here's the info i got from delta airlines:

Old ticket price: $197.40 (USD)
New ticket price: $1,223.40 (USD)
Change fees: $150.00 (USD)
Balance due (including change fees): $1,176.00 (USD)

so, um, no. i won't be changing my ticket. i'll try to get to the studio toot sweet ...

I'm arriving at 1:00pm tomorrow, but I'll be staying with relatives a few miles south of the airport. I'm planning on driving to the Shootout, but will likely skip the brew pub to visit with some long time friends who now live in the Rose City, too.

I think you and I might be on the same flight since I'm changing planes in Phoenix on my way to Portland and I also get to Hobo Laughing

also...my flight gets in too late to join the friday festivities.

anyone else whose timetable didn't quite make it match...i'll be cooling my heels in the hotel lobby till bob and his carpool passengers return from dinner. introductions and chat-time welcomed. i'll doubtless have on my "voices2go.com" hat for easy identification.

Definitely laptop. Haven't gone smart phone yet for a variety of reasons. Hmmm. Maybe I'm subconsciously leaving room for a new mic and/or interface and/or (toy yet to be discovered)!
