It appears to be a tongue placement challenge.

I am actually having some problems saying phrases with "and" in them lately. I've noticed I've a tendency to leave the d off of "and", & in trying to address that I've found it to be quite challenging.

"an institutional and market analysis" yesterday was a bear. Today of course it seems as easy as can be.

I always have a problem when a word that ends in a "t" is followed by a word that begins with a "t".
Any advice?
Thanks!

Unless you're being asked to specifically enunciate them both, don't try. To try to force-pronounce both T's clearly would sound...well...forced. If the read is supposed to be conversational, end the first word with a glottal stop, the way you normally would in conversational speech.

Thanks Justin!
That's what I've been doing. Same thing with "s".
