Awww....Thanks Kafer!!! Jeff gets huge humanitarian points for being the one to shove my not so dainty buttocks up the learning curve of doing a 'grown up' audio book and not flying across the country to kill me or at least slap me hard- which some days wasn't easy I'm sure. But I'll tell ya - he's a great teacher of the craft- I learned so much doing this book- and I really enjoyed the story too. Dude- next time i see you, first round's on me. Laugh

The cool thing is that the narration goes from me to Kafer and back again- very cool to listen to. YAY VO-BB powered teamwork!! cool

I just played the sample for my daughter and her response was "Wow, that sounds like a real audio book...not my mom." Praise from Caesar is praise indeed. Smile

So....the bottom line. It's a lot of work, but I dig audio books. And Kafer.

Thanks, Zak. Glad you think we both sound good, especially since the sample is just Moe...

Apparently this is the first in a trilogy. So if all goes well, we'll have 2 more of these. Assuming Moe wants to work with me again. I crack the whip. "Git me muh files, woman!" and "You have HOW many pickups for this chapter??". Smile

Jeffery, my daughter is into those kind of stories and especially audio books due to driving back and forth for school., This morning when I saw Moes post, we started talking about the book. She is now the proud owner of the book. I had her scan through to check it out before she got into it for real. I did think you sounded good. I guess I should have been more to the point on my first post. Wink
