Hey girl! Nice job. You are a natural on-camera talent and the message was right on.

Ted Williams seems like a very vulnerable soul, the type who would be least likely to weather a media storm. We all know how long those storms are likely to last. And then what? It's an overly simplified tale in a complex world, and I find the whole thing worrisome.

But since we have no control over that, at least you put the lid back on the VO pot and turned down the heat. Thanks for that.

And good luck with your sign!

I know I already said thanks once...
But it never hurts to say it again! I so appreciate all of you that 'got' what I was trying to do with this video.
You would not BELIEVE (actually, you might) some of the comments that people tried to post to my YouTube page after this video posted. (I have it set up to approve all the comments!) I got a lot of 'civilians' telling me I didn't know what I was talking about, that I was rude and - my favorite - that I am conceited. That one I actually did approve because he misspelled a bunch of words but not 'conceited'. I even got a death threat and a marriage offer.
My response really was for all those that now have a skewered view of our industry. It was in no way a slam on Ted Williams or radio announcers or homeless people or God (all of which I was accused of).
Many of you did post lovely comments to the video and I do appreciate (and did approve) all of those. Please feel free to pass it on to those that may have missed it and that might be willing to leave a kind word! http://www.youtube.com/user/girlactor#p/a/u/0/T7ZSTXVk3nw
Hugs all around,
Mercedes

Mercedes, Don't be a stranger to these hallowed halls we sometimes refer to as the dolphin pool. Enjoyed the video. I hope Ted does really turn his lifer around. It is not an easy task.
