Diane, I almost deleted my snarky post. But I guess I'll leave it after getting an endorsement from the snark-spreader herself!

I wasn't snarking about Ted, but about the human folly surrounding him.

Speaking of "Vicki", here's Vicki Lawrence's take on this whole thing:

Warning: a bit of rough language in case you view this at your office or around kids.

So that's where the "sweetest deepest" voice comes from.
Laugh

Thanks so much for posting this, Jacob. So much here that is GOOD.

It's good to see Williams cleaned up his act and is doing well.
It's great that he gave his voice to this very worthwhile film.
And it's wonderful that he's created the Ted Williams Project to try to help eradicate homelessness.

There is ALSO so much here that we need to honestly think about.
The synopsis says that the homeless men in this film were all, at one time, successful and fell on hard times.

That could be any one of us. Maybe we all need a wake-up call that those 'bums' we see on the street aren't necessarily just deadbeats, but people like you and me who perhaps once lived in a nice house, were productive members of society and something happened to change all that, just as it could happen to you or me.

I love documentaries and am very much looking forward to seeing this one.

You have no idea how true that is.
