I really, really, really don't want to start a flaming thread again on this. That being said however, for those who predicted a quick transition of Ted Williams, homeless voiceover guy, from golden boy to goat, it took just over three weeks, at least judging by this bit from Jimmy Kimmel's show this week:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=he2fW_bU-Zk
I really feel sorry for the guy on the level of his being lifted and pummeled by the media frenzy only to have his original problems take it all away. Just a lot more weight in his sack of troubles.
Maybe we (the media really) won't do it so much to the next instant celebrity.
Nah, I'm dreaming.

In the parallel universe... Doral Chenoweth never stopped the car, and Ted Williams is still standing on the corner holding a cardboard sign.
The Twilight Zone... Season 4... episode 113... "The Parallel"

Where's Dr. Phil and everyone else who used him? Shouldn't they be helping him deal with his demons? Many celebs have thrown their lives away. Instant celebs like Ted even more so. Its a shame. _________________ Gregory Best

This is typical of the media in Britain. The papers especially, love to take a person, build them up, delve into their past and private life and spit them out the other end. We're used to it here, Ted Williams is just another case. _________________ https://www.darrenaltman.com/

Thanks for the the laff. Actually, it's our piano. Just woke up the other day and it was gone. Of course, it'll cost me a bunch to have it tuned again. Plus, an oyster has made middle c a home. Sounds fishy. _________________ www.voiceoverdrew.com
