i read this nugget today, and ha! just when i'd planned to make cheddar and leek muffins.

I had potato and leek soup just the other day. Nummers. Leeks every day? I like my friends and family too much to do that to them.

Our Mz Liz makes the best roasted leeks. I've tried, but fail every time I try to make them.
