I'm with you on "community"!
And even worse, a particular client of mine usually ALWAYS has "community amenities" in their copy...try that on for size!

Yesterday it was "park common" and other similar phrases that end and start with the same sound. I always feel like they sound artificial if I voice them fully, yet they sound mush-mouthed if I don't.

"Pseudohypoparathyroidism".
Didn't have to say it today, but it was the longest word in a medical dictionary I did. I frankly don't know how I even REMEMBER that word. lol |

Just tried this one, and it came out sounding like "sschchschgshs" with a big heaping pile of hissing "s"s on top. Yikes! You have my sympathy. |

Good grief Diane! That is as bad as any I've ever seen!
I had an awful CST this evening (German) - went back in the boof several times with it, finally got it just right only to discover I hadn't hit record. |
