The guy is great, but honestly, don't you think there were so many other auditions who sounded so similar? I just wonder how they narrowed it down to him???
Either way, of course he is psyched and good for him. Just curious how the selection process went down. |

I'm thinking he's never publicly told a really coarse joke, he's never made light of the predicament in Japan, and he's happy to work for scale.
And he can pretend like he has no idea who's about to call him to offer him a job when he has a camera crew staring him in the face.

Underwhelmed, with a side of orange sauce.
With the multiple quotes, re-tweets, blogging and the way that Aflac have cynically manipulated the whole Gottfried earthquake situation into a media feeding-frenzy of free publicity.... seriously, if I had any insurance with them, I'd move it elsewhere.
