A few years ago I was hired by an American marketing expert to record an audio version of one of his books.
One section dealt with maximising future sales from new clients, it was the jargon that killed both me and audio engineer.

And here's one of those things I don't get...pork butt is actually pork shoulder. Whoever first named that cut of meat must really have been drunk and/or confused at the time.
