I wish you a fantastic weekend with lots of laughs, learning, and good times. I'm sad I couldn't go, but I do hope that the person who did get sponsored to go has a really good experience.
Feel free to share anything in this thread. |

There have been a few photos posted on FB so far, including Bob making a Hershey's Sweet & Souer chocolate bar. No arrests or brawls reported yet.

We're bringing a piece of the FaffCon event to EWABS tonight, taping Dan Lenard's coverage of the event now and will air it at our regular 6PM T time slot. EWABS.COM _________________ If it sounds good, it is good.

Hey all, I trust that the attendees had a fantastic time. Do you feel like sharing your thoughts/highlights/nuggets of information you gleamed from the event please? I'd be interested to know what you took away from it that you think will be of value in your voiceover career. _________________ https://www.darrenaltman.com/

Most people sat through a 2 hour monologue from me ..Group session! BOLLOCKS! Luckily I am fluent in Shite and was able to fill the silence left by a room which lacked other participants.
From my "session" people took away their chairs and went somewhere else.

....and the invisible deck of cards trick killed some time.
I was particularly fond of the 51 and a half years old birthday party.
My one and only Faff was run by Pete O'Connell - Improv.
I had the pleasure of doing improv with the extremely gifted Mike Jablon and C.C Heim.
Should anyone want an mp3 of my session I would suggest you address the "issues" in your life that make you entertain such a thought for even a moment. |

Go here: http://www.ustream.tv/recorded/17514774
Start at the 8:00 mark to hear more about what FaffCon is all about. This is a video clip from a live show recorded yesterday at FaffCon, featuring Dan Lenard and George Whittam, and a small portion of the participants. _________________ Best regards,

Once again our own Amy Snively-sounds-like-lively ROCKED it with an amazing event.
I am SO blessed to have been a part of this event since Portland, and although most of the new participants didn't know the story of FaffCon's inception, this little corner of the 'Net has truly touched SO many people beyond our family here.
We babbled, & Amy ran with it.
THANK YOU to all who participated & led sessions!
I <3 U ALL!
