ISO 9001:2008
and
ISO 14001:2004
I obviously want to go with what they normally use. I would ask the studio, but I can't wait till they get back to the client to relay, etc.
Thanks.

it may be different in context for your project, anthony, but i would drop the 'and' (nine thousand and one). i learned long ago from the nuns that the 'and' is verboten

Nope Diane, you're right. Context or not it's ISO nine thousand one. There's no "and" to it. Of course go with what the client tells you, but the folks who write these don't use an "and".
(the schema they use for organization is nothing short of insane)

Agreed. The proper way with numbers is to drop the "and" in the middle....but it's a tough habit to break.

I dropped the "and" because that's just the way I've always said numbers. But you guys are all a great heaping tablespoon of help!

EYEso...ninethousandandONE
The "ONE" would be delivered with a very slight projection of the head and shoulders forward, with a slight head-tilt to the right. The sentence would finish with the lips extruded duck fashion- but only a bit- and the brows would be drawn down as in a frown or intense concentration.
At the conclusion of the delivery, the upper arms would be at the sides, elbows just at front of ribcage, elbows bent 90 degrees, turned out slightly and hands would be fully splayed, as though holding a giant beachball.
