The subject matter is so sobering that it almost feels wrong to express how beautiful the imagery is. But, man is it lovely. Have you any idea what was used to capture this? |

Broadcast Sony HD Cam edited using AVID. The SR gives that real 35mm film look. |

the images are sobering, yes, and also fantastic.
as CMOS sensors get larger combined with the comparatively low cost of very high quality lenses (under $3k) we are on the brink of extremely high quality video literally in the palm of our hands - like the sony FS100 for under $5k which is being compared to the RedOne costing about $25k.

What amazing eyes...reminded me of the National Geographic Magazine picture of the Afghan girl.
