Today marks the official release of a short animated film called "Devils, Angels and Dating," in which I gave voice to Devil, Cupid, and the narrator. The film was a collaborative effort between a ton of people all over the world, all under the direction of Michael Cawood, and has been slowly coming together over the past few years. I had a lot of fun getting into these characters, and hope that you enjoy the short.

Many thanks. 
The way that I got involved was kind of interesting. I stumbled across some mention of the project online (Twitter, I think), and got in touch with the director. Animation had already begun, but the characters had no voices, so everything that I did had to be timed to existing material, which was a mix of in-progress animation and storyboards. Once he got my files and cut the voices into the story, shots that were already animated were tweaked to fit my performance.
That was in March of 2010, and I thought my part was done until he got in touch with me last fall. He was getting some feedback that the story was a little tough to follow, so he decided to sprinkle some "Wonder Years"-like narration throughout the short from the Devil's point of view. For that, he just sent me a script and I recorded on my own.

The addition of the narration really made it for me....that's also my favorite part of the performance....although the character voices are great too. An A1 bit of storytelling fer sher.
@Chris - Death is pretty smoking' Didn't realize she wore glasses.
