Do you have real highspeed internet? I mean HIGHspeed internet, 1000 kbps up and down - or better.
In the local area (Utah) only one service offers true fast internet although all are touting they are faster than the other guys.

15 mbps on Verizon FIOS. That's their slowest and least expensive plan. |

According to the Speakeasy speed test I just ran:
22mb download
4 mb upload
Blazing compared to the DSL I used to have. _________________ Scott R. Pollak

Oh the joys of living in the Hicksville state. Do you know how much I would enjoy 35 mbps up and down?

I had posted the following results, as determined by Speedguide, and was beginning to have feelings of inadequacy:
1.25 Mbps up
4.7 Mbps down
But everybody else seems to have been using Speedtest, which gave me these results:
so I'm feeling a little better now. _________________ Lee Gordon, O.A.V.

Back home, 10/10mbps is pretty much standard. Here in the US, we've got something closer to 10/1. |

Sorry, just wanted to give you an idea of what you guys are missing out on in the US. Here's mine, monthly cost $44 in Sweden:
Limited by my wireless router, service is actually 100/100 _________________ Regards,

19.4 Mbps Down, 4.6 Mbps Up with Comcast in Portland. And I am literally a couple of blocks from another company's FIOS service which is 25 up AND down but I can't get it to save my life.
I've just learned to go do something else when uploading large files.

Time Warner caps their uploads for residential class at a ridiculous 700 kbps so I pay a hefty premium for the best business service I can get, which still isn't that impressive. Oh how I miss U-Verse.
