VO-BB - 20 YEARS OLD!

I've been approached by a voice buyer to voice a health newsletter
for a fairly prominent supplements manufacturer.

It's a detoxing product, and I'm the "voice" of the Doctor that is endorsing it.

The product may be all that, and the claims don't seem too outrageous, but this is new territory for me. I've checked them out with the BBB and they
have an A+ rating, I guess it's the part about being the voice of the doctor that has me a little, uh, hesitant.

If any of you have any experience in this area your input is greatly appreciated

I understand your concern. It’s a very good ethical question

I personally would have to have a disclaimer as part of the work or I would not do it.

Even if the product caused no harm and was the best Cool Aid any person could had drunk, there is the issue that they (the customer) most likely bought the product thinking you are a Dr.

Now then I am not an attorney; I do have two cousins on a Yale Grad and the other a Wake Forest Grad. So I ask them what they think about things like this and I pay’em with cold beer and great home made BBQ.
