VO-BB - 20 YEARS OLD!

Hi everyone -

This is my first post, though I've been aware of and have been browsing the VO-BB for a while now. So thanks for all the good and interesting information you've provided so far! Anyway, I feel liike it's time for me to join the community - hopefully I'll have something of my own to contribute one day soon.

I've been in radio for a long time, and as most of you are aware the industry in the U.S. is taking a negative turn. I produce commercials, so I've always felt like it would be natural for me to transition into voice acting as a side gig, or hopefully as my only gig. It didn't take long before I realized there is so much involved in voice acting. A couple of years ago I decided to seek out a voice coach to elevate my game, and I've been working with DB Cooper (Hi!) ever since. I'm about to have a commercial VO demo produced, and from there I intend to conquer the VO world! But before I do that I'll be pondering my next step, most likely a web site or where to find contact information so I know where to send my new demo once I've finished circulating it to family and friends.

My view of Boston comes from Arlington, MA - birthplace of Uncle Sam.
